Q: Is your service mobile? A: Yes, we come to you. All we need is space for our vehicle, access to a power point and a tap. We provided the hoses and power cords.
Q: My dog has ticks/fleas, can you help? A: Yes, we have a tick and flea shampoo, which when used regularly, helps keep the pesky little critters at bay.
Q: My dog has a skin condition, can the hydrobath help? A: In most instances the answer is yes, we use a mild non allergenic shampoo to soothe itchy skin, and the water massage removes dead skin cells, stimulates blood flow and helps promote hair regrowth. However this is not a treatment for skin ailments and we recommend you check with your vet.
Q: Do I have to be home when you wash my dog? A: After an initial introduction to your pet we can provide a “Home Alone” service. All arrangements regarding payment and access to your property remain strictly confidential.
