Q: Is your service mobile?
A: Yes, we come to you. All we need is space for our vehicle, access to a power point and a tap. We provided the hoses and power cords.
Q: My dog has ticks/fleas, can you help?
A: Yes, we have a tick and flea rinse, which when used regularly, helps keep the pesky little critters at bay. But we cannot guarantee that reinfestation will not recur.
We recommend that in addition to seeking our regular help to treat your dog for ticks/fleas, you also organise with a qualified pest controller to treat your home and yard. In addition, you should consider speaking with your vet about preventative treatments for your dog.
Q: My dog has a skin condition, can the hydrobath help?
A: In most instances the answer is yes - if you advise us that your dog has a skin condition, we use a mild non-allergenic shampoo to soothe itchy skin. In addition, the water massage provided by the hydrobath helps to remove dead skin cells, stimulates blood flow and promote hair regrowth.
However a hydrobath wash is not a cure or treatment for skin ailments. If your dog has a skin condition, we recommend you check with your vet about the appropriate medical care, if you have not already done so.
Q: Do I have to be home when you wash my dog?
A: After an initial introduction to your pet we can provide a "Home Alone" service. All arrangements regarding payment and access to your property remain strictly confidential.
